As a parent or guardian, how do you decide what school to sign your child up for? Is it the closest school to your house? The most popular school in the district? Or the one where your child’s friends are all attending? Instead of some of these questions probing your thoughts, think about, where is my child going to get the most attention?
Small group learning is constantly occurring within The Academy of the Arts. Starting with small scale class sizes, to individualized grouping, students are getting the utmost attention daily. This design leads to more connections made between teacher and student as well as student to student. Relationships are continuously blooming in and out of the classrooms.
Not only are relationships evolving, but specifically tailored instruction continuously transpires within each classroom. Due to the class sizes, and tremendous amount of kinship and harmony with students, teachers utilize social, emotional, and educational advances learned from each child to produce exemplary lesson plans. What’s better than that?
Bigger class sizes do not lead to proper attention being geared towards ALL students. Instead, “higher leveled learners” are often neglected because there is a perception that they do not need as much attention as other students. That just does not seem equitable! At the Academy of The Arts, learning does not become stagnant once standards are achieved; instead, each student is continuously pushed towards new goals daily.
The Academy of the Arts limits class enrollment to ensure that every student is given the individualized attention that they deserve to help realize their maximum potential. We encourage you to reach out for more information before our enrollment reaches capacity!
Smiles indicate more than just fun and happiness in learning. At The Academy of the Arts smiles serve as an indication of pride in the exceptional student work that is made possible by the attention each child receives!
