At the Academy, we believe that Every Child Matters. While most children thrive in our caring, project-based, student-centered learning environment, some students may benefit from additional support to meet their unique learning and developmental needs.

During regular teacher coaching sessions, educators are encouraged to proactively identify students who may need extra support and to develop individualized strategies that help each child reach their full potential in the classroom.

When appropriate, formalized support plans and accommodation strategies may be implemented to ensure every child is supported academically, socially, and emotionally so they can thrive both in and out of the classroom.
